The Lakes consists of 300 homes plus an intimate shopping plaza nestled in the heart of the master-planned West Sahara community.  We pride ourselves on the diversity of our homes.  Each of our seven Lakes Villages has a private gated entrance and its own personality.  Residences range from condominiums to town homes to family homes to luxury homes; scaled from 1,500 to over 12,000 sq. ft.

The quiet secluded community, which surrounds our thirty acre private Lake Sahara, gives one the sense of being on vacation at a beautiful tropical resort.  "The Lakes" is the only place in Las Vegas where you can have a lake right in your own back yard.  Just walk out your back door to your private dock, jump on your boat and off you go to enjoy the lake or do some fishing in the best "fishing hole" in Southern Nevada. 

Better yet, enjoy a breakfast or dinner cruise.  Just boat over and tie up at the Lake Town Center dock and dine at any of several great restaurants located in the center.  You can even buy your groceries, get your hair styled and pick up your laundry... by boat!  This is lakeside living at its best!

Our community is surrounded by miles of beautiful tree-lined walking paths with numerous exercise stations and scenic rest areas that enjoy panoramic views of the lake, mountains, mature trees and beautiful hillsides.  We're fortunate to have over thirty acres of beautiful landscaping... something you just won't find in more recently-developed communities.  There are two parks with scenic views of Lake Sahara.  The covered picnic area makes the South Park a great place for a barbeque or a party.  In addition The Lakes area has nearly fifteen miles of bike paths.
